Homemade Sugar-Free Granola Bars
1 medium ripe banana
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup bran cereal
1 cup dried cranberries
- - - With a mixer beat banana, apple sauce and honey until well blended. Add oats, flour and cereal until well moistened. Fold in cranberries. Press into a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes (soft) - 40 minutes (crispy) or until desired texture is reached. Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy just like it is or topped with yogurt! :)
