Ingredients:
3 russet potatoes, diced
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 bunch green onion, chopped
8 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
Directions:
Combine sour cream, undulated soup and cheese. Add potatoes, onions and bacon. Pour into a greased crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Bacon and potatoes. Can't go wrong with that!
